DH-6930S is an anti-settling agent for waterborne coating systems with excellent thixotropy, anti-sagging performance, and anti-settling effect, suitable for improving storage stability. The product is especially suited for waterborne metallic paint, promoting uniform directional orientation of aluminium flakes and improving film gloss and metallic quality. It has good temperature resistance and is easy to disperse — it can be added at any stage during paint manufacture.
It is recommended to pre-prepare a 20%–30% pre-gel using high-speed dispersion for mixing to fully develop product performance. Adjusting system pH to above 8 gives more ideal application results.
